DECISION
Regarding the issuance of provisional reporting forms on the situation of construction and development of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones
MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 108/2006/ND-CP dated September 22, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 88/2006/ND-CP dated August 29, 2006 of the Government on business registration;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2006/ND-CP dated September 21, 2006 of the Government on re-registration, conversion, and change of Investment Certificate for foreign-invested enterprises under the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
Considering the proposal of the Department Director of Industrial Zone Management and Export Processing Zone Management,
Issuing temporarily the system of periodic reporting forms on the situation of construction and development of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones.
DECISION:
Article 1. The periodic reporting forms on the situation of construction and development of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones shall be uniformly applied throughout the country.
Article 2. The management boards of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones shall cooperate with relevant agencies and units to prepare periodic reports on the situation of construction and development of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones within their jurisdiction according to the forms attached to this Decision.
Article 3. The management boards of industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones and the Departments of Planning and Investment of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
