RESOLUTION
OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam,
After hearing the Government Council's report and proposal regarding the continued implementation of the policy to stabilize agricultural tax obligations,
After listening to the opinions expressed by the National Assembly’s Planning and Budget Committee,
RESOLVES:
1. To continue implementing the policy to stabilize agricultural tax obligations as per Resolution No. 201 NQ/TVQH dated January 18, 1966 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly until a new resolution is issued.
2. To instruct the Government to organize research so that when conditions permit changes in policy, it will submit for consideration and determination by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly./.
