Decision No. 63/1999/QD-BCN of the Ministry of Industry on the acceptance and transfer of the Kon Tum Import-Export and Investment Company to become an independent accounting member of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on functions and tasks, Considering the proposals of the General Director of Vietnam Dairy Company (memoranda No. 240/CTS-TCLĐ dated March 20, 2001 and No. 282/CTS-TCLĐ dated April 6, 2001);
Pursuant to Circular No. 77/CP-DMDN dated September 3, 1999 of the Prime Minister agreeing to transfer Kon Tum Import-Export and Investment Company, which belongs to the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province, to become an independent accounting member of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation;
At the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation (Circular No. 882/CV-HĐQT, July 22, 1999) and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. Accept and transfer Kon Tum Import-Export and Investment Company under the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province to become an independent accounting member of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation shall organize the acceptance of Kon Tum Import-Export and Investment Company in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the State.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Heads of Specialized Management Agencies under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, and the Director of Kon Tum Import-Export and Investment Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
