THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries, a) The drafters of the exam are scientific experts, specialists, researchers, lecturers at central agencies and universities, having good moral qualities and high scientific reputation, solid professional expertise, not belonging to the teaching staff or contractual visiting lecturers in secondary schools (including specialized and non-specialized schools), and not participating in training students for competition teams in any form. On the basis of the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 128/2000/QĐ-TTg dated November 20, 2000 of the Prime Minister on some policies and measures to encourage investment and develop the software industry;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Information Technology Office, the Department Head of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of raw materials directly serving software production that have been produced domestically is hereby issued along with this Decision as the basis for determining tax exemptions on imports according to Decision No. 128/2000/QĐ-TTg dated November 20, 2000 of the Prime Minister on certain policies and measures to encourage investment and develop the software industry.
Article 2. The List of raw materials directly serving software production that have been produced domestically issued along with this Decision shall be reviewed annually.
In case there are difficulties in using the list to handle procedures related to import tax exemption, the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment shall consider and resolve them specifically.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 4. The Director of the Information Technology Office, the Department Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
