REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUED ON DECEMBER 24, 1999;
BASED ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, REVIEW, AND ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS AS ANNEXED TO DECISION NO. 135/1999-QĐ-BNN-KHCN DATED OCTOBER 1, 1999;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCT QUALITY DEPARTMENT,

Article 1: ATTACHED HERETO IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: 14 TCN 59-2002: IRRIGATION WORKS - CONCRETE AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING.
Article 2: THIS STANDARD SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE AND SHALL REPLACE THE TECHNICAL REGULATION QPTL.D6.78 ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF CONCRETE AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES IN IRRIGATION WORKS ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 505-QĐ/KT DATED MAY 5, 1980 OF THE MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES.
