Pursuant to Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Decree on National Reserve;

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Industry Standard: Bagged Grain Storage Pesticides - Method for Determining Insect Infestation Levels, designated as TCN 09:2006
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the National Reserve General Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance within their respective functions and powers are responsible for implementing and supervising the enforcement of this Decision.
