Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 116/2007/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2007 on national defense and security education;

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the organization of teaching, learning, and assessment of results in the National Defense and Security Education course in vocational training institutions.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Heads of central bodies of political and social organizations with vocational training institutions; Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training Administration; Principals of vocational training institutions, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
