Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Considering Circular No. 1164/UBND-VX dated March 7, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Monuments Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Monument Classification:
HISTORICAL MONUMENT
K15 WHARF - STARTING POINT OF THE HO CHI MINH TRAIL ON THE SEA
WANHUONG WARD, DOSON DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the National Monuments Administration, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
