CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Plant Quarantine and Protection

 Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

On the basis of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance No. 36/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated July 25, 2001.

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates 15 National Technical Regulations on Plant Quarantine and Protection.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on the field of Plant Quarantine and Protection:

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 16, 2013

Article 3. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, ANY DIFFICULTIES SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR STUDY AND AMENDMENT./.
