Issuing economic-technical standards for flood monitoring using remote sensing technology

Pursuant to Decree No. 03/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 4, 2019 of the Government on remote sensing activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 25, 2025 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Remote Sensing Center;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on economic-technical standards for flood monitoring using remote sensing technology.
Article 1. This Circular annexes economic-technical standards for flood monitoring using remote sensing technology.
Article 2. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2025.
Article 3. Implementation
1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. The National Remote Sensing Center is responsible for disseminating and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
3. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals should report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration and decision.
