PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 70/2002/QD-TTg dated June 6, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Hoang The Lien, Deputy Minister of Justice, as a member of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, replacing Mr. Ha Hung Cuong who has been reassigned to another position.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial people's committees under the central government, and Mr. Hoang The Lien are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
