DECISION

Regarding the issuance of the Curriculum for National Defense Education Courses in Long-term Vocational Training Schools and Classes

MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks of state management by Ministries and agencies at ministerial level;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 67/1998/QĐ-TTg dated March 26, 1998 of the Government on the establishment of the Vocational Training General Department under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/1998/NĐ-CP dated May 23, 1998 of the Government on the establishment of the Vocational Training General Department under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Circular No. 779/QP dated April 3, 2000 of the Ministry of National Defense regarding the request by the Ministry of National Defense for the issuance of a Curriculum for National Defense Education Courses in Long-term Vocational Training Schools and Classes;

Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training General Department,

DECIDES

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Curriculum for National Defense Education to be applied in vocational training schools and long-term concentrated vocational training classes.

Article 2. The Curriculum for National Defense Education issued by this Decision shall take effect from the academic year 2001-2002 and replace the previous Curriculum for National Defense Education of vocational training schools and classes promulgated with Decision No. 2732/QĐ dated October 28, 1991 by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 3. The Director General of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Vocational Training General Department, the Heads of the Civil Service and Training Departments, Principals of vocational training schools, Principals of schools with long-term concentrated vocational training classes, and heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
