THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Based on Decree 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Based on Directive 540/TTg dated September 5, 1995 of the Prime Minister on measurement management and quality control of goods circulating in the market;
At the proposal of the Director of the Quality Control and Measurement Management Department and the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

Article 1.- The product label regulation (etiket) for goods (listed in the attached list) circulating in the market is hereby promulgated together with this decision.

Article 2.- This regulation shall take effect from January 1, 1997. All previous provisions contrary to this regulation are abolished.

Article 3.- Organizations and individuals involved in producing and trading goods in the domestic market are responsible for implementing this regulation.

Article 4.- The Directors of the Quality Control and Measurement Management Department, the Market Management Department, and the relevant Department Directors are responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this regulation.
