Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants in state agencies (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 117/2003/NĐ-CP)
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Trade at document No. 2941/TM-TCCB dated June 21, 2005 and the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Cadre Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.Issuing additional job titles and ranks for Market Control Officers:

Article 2.The Ministry of Trade is responsible for developing the professional standards for the rank of Market Control Officer to be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs for unified issuance.

Article 4.The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
