Pursuant to the Law on Inspection dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 41/2005/ND-CP dated March 25, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Inspection;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2005/ND-CP dated June 22, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization and operation of Financial Inspection;
Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Financial Inspection Procedure attached hereto.

Article 2. The agencies under the Financial Inspection system shall base on the Financial Inspection Procedure issued herein to develop inspection procedures for specific fields under their management, to be completed by 2007.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Heads of agencies and units under and directly under the Ministry of Finance, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
