DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Charter on the organization and operation of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation in the form of a holding company - subsidiary company model in the parent company - subsidiary model

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/ND-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organizational management of state-owned joint stock corporations and the transformation of state-owned joint stock corporations and independent state-owned enterprises into a holding company - subsidiary company model; The Government on the organization of state holding corporations and the transformation of state holding corporations and independent state companies into the parent company - subsidiary model;
Pursuant to Decision No. 29/2005/QD-TTg dated February 1, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the transfer of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation to operate under the holding company - subsidiary company model;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Charter on the organization and operation of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation in the form of a holding company - subsidiary company model.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Board of Directors of Vietnam Paper Joint Stock Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
