Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Seed Law for Plants Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department and the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department,

Article 1These Regulations on Management of the Production and Business of Industrial Crop Seeds and Long-Lived Fruit Tree Seeds are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 67/2004/QĐ-BNN dated November 24, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the Regulation on Selection, Recognition, Management, and Utilization of Parent Trees and Parent Tree Orchards of Industrial Crops and Long-Lived Fruit Trees.
Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and provinces, the Heads of units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
