ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION AND MANUFACTURE OF CONTAINERS FOR TRANSPORTATION ON VEHICLES

CBASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS.
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 107/2012/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 20, 2012 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 29/2018/TT-BGTVT dated May 14, 2018, issued by the Minister of Transport on quality inspection, technical safety, and environmental protection for railway transportation vehicles, and Circular No. 18/2019/TT-BGTVT dated May 20, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport guiding the implementation of Decree No. 139/2018/NĐ-CP dated October 8, 2018, of the Government on business operations of vehicle inspection services.
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION AND MANUFACTURE OF CONTAINERS FOR TRANSPORTATION ON VEHICLES
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION AND MANUFACTURE OF CONTAINERS FOR TRANSPORTATION ON VEHICLES.
REGISTRATION NUMBER: QCVN 38:2015/BGTVT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 1, 2016 AND REPLACE THE CIRCULAR NO. 72/2011/TT-BGTVT OF DECEMBER 30, 2011 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION AND MANUFACTURE OF CONTAINERS FOR SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION ON VEHICLES.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTORATE, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM TRAFFIC SAFETY INSPECTION AGENCY, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT’S AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND RELEVANT INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
