Regarding the establishment of new wards under Hai Duong town, Province of Ha HungHa Hung

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Hung Province and the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,

 

DECREE:

Article 1.- The new wards under Hai Duong town, Ha Hung Province are hereby established as follows:

1- Establishing the ward Ngoc Chau based on the entire area and population of the commune Ngoc Chau.

- Ward Ngoc Chau has a natural area of 654 hectares and 13,379 inhabitants.

The boundaries of ward Ngoc Chau: East and North border with Nam Thanh district; West borders with Tran Phu ward, Binh Han ward, Quang Trung ward, and Tran Hung Dao ward; South borders with Hai Tan ward.

2- Establishing the ward Thanh Binh based on the entire area and population of the commune Thanh Binh.

- Ward Thanh Binh has a natural area of 365 hectares and 15,378 inhabitants.

The boundaries of ward Thanh Binh: East borders with Pham Ngũ Lao ward and Le Thanh Nghia ward and Binh Han ward; West borders with Hai Tan ward and Gia Loc district and Tu Minh commune; South borders with Tu Loc district; North borders with Cam Thượng ward and Viet Hoa commune.

3- Establishing the ward Hai Tan based on the entire area and population of the commune Hai Tan.

- Ward Hai Tan has a natural area of 254 hectares and 6,603 inhabitants. The boundaries of ward Hai Tan: East borders with Ngoc Chau ward; West borders with Thanh Binh ward and Gia Loc district; South borders with Tu Ky district and Gia Loc district; North borders with Tran Phu ward and Le Thanh Nghia ward.

4- Establishing the ward Cam Thuong based on the entire area and population of the commune Cam Thuong.

- Commune Cam Thuong has a natural area of 250 hectares and 4,682 inhabitants.

The boundaries of ward Cam Thuong: East borders with Binh Han ward; West borders with Viet Hoa commune; South borders with Thanh Binh ward; North borders with Nam Thanh district.

5- Establishing the ward Binh Han based on the entire area and population of the commune Binh Han.

Ward Binh Han has a natural area of 307 hectares and 9,639 inhabitants.

The boundaries of ward Binh Han: East borders with Ngoc Chau ward and Nguyen Trai ward; West borders with Cam Thuong ward and Thanh Binh ward; South borders with Thanh Binh ward, Pham Ngũ Lao ward, and Quang Trung ward; North borders with Nam Thanh district.

6- Establishing the ward Le Thanh Nghia based on 140 hectares of natural area and 8,100 inhabitants from Tran Phu ward.

- Ward Le Thanh Nghia: East borders with Tran Phu ward; West borders with Thanh Binh ward; South borders with Hai Tan ward; North borders with Pham Ngũ Lao ward.

- Tran Phu ward retains a natural area of 110 hectares and 10,025 inhabitants.

The boundaries of Tran Phu ward: East borders with Ngoc Chau ward; West borders with Le Thanh Nghia ward and Pham Ngũ Lao ward; South borders with Hai Tan ward; North borders with Tran Hung Dao ward and Pham Ngũ Lao ward.

Article 2.- This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.

ARTICLE 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Hung Province and the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
