RESOLUTION
Regarding the simplification of procedures within the jurisdiction to resolve
of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office, and the Head of the Specialized Task Force for Administrative Reform under the Prime Minister,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Approving the plan to simplify the procedures within the jurisdiction to resolve matters of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies attached to this Resolution.
Article 2. Entrusting the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and relevant ministries and sectors within their respective jurisdictions with the responsibility to implement according to the content and deadlines specified in the Simplified Procedure Plan for Resolving Matters approved by the Government in Article 1 of this Resolution.
During implementation, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies shall proactively identify and promptly amend, supplement, replace, or abolish any related regulations within its jurisdiction or submit written proposals to the Ministry of Justice and the Government Office regarding laws, ordinances, decrees of the Government, and decisions of the Prime Minister concerning administrative procedures related to the procedures for resolving matters that need to be amended, supplemented, replaced, or abolished to implement the Simplified Procedure Plan for Resolving Matters approved by the Government in Article 1 of this Resolution.
Article 3. For those procedures for resolving matters stipulated in normative legal documents within the promulgation authority of the Government, Prime Minister, Ministers, and Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries that need to be amended, supplemented, replaced, or abolished according to the Simplified Procedure Plan set forth in Article 1 of this Resolution, entrust the Ministers and Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries to apply the form of amending multiple documents in a single document through a simplified procedure to promulish within their authority or submit to the Government and Prime Minister for promulgation. In cases where a single document is needed to amend another document, entrust the Ministers and Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries to consider and decide according to their authority.
Article 4. Entrusting the Government Office to monitor, urge implementation, and compile difficulties encountered by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and relevant ministries and sectors to promptly report to the Prime Minister during the execution of the Simplified Procedure Plans for Resolving Matters approved by the Government in this Resolution.
Article 5. This Resolution takes effect from the date of signature.
The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of government agencies, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
