THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993, regarding the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994, stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organizations.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the Organization of Issuing Instant Lottery Tickets to be uniformly applied throughout the country.
Article 2. This Regulation shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and replace the Regulation issued by Decision No. 660 TC/QĐ/TCNH dated July 26, 1996 of the Ministry of Finance.
The Directors of the Department of Banking and Financial Organizations, the Heads of the General Department of Taxation, the Heads of the General Department of State Capital and Asset Management at Enterprises, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance and Prices, and the Directors of the Lottery Companies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
