PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 121/2007/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the university and college network for the period 2006-2020;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training at the report No. 309/TTr-BGDĐT dated May 13, 2009 regarding the establishment of the Dong A University based on upgrading the Dong A College,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the establishment of the Dong A University based on upgrading the Dong A College, Da Nang city
Article 2. The Dong A University is a private higher education institution; it has legal personality, its own seal and separate bank account.
Article 3. The Dong A University operates under the Regulations on the organization and operation of private universities issued together with Decision No. 61/2009/QĐ-TTg dated April 17, 2009 of the Prime Minister.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 5. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and the Dong A College are responsible for implementing this Decision.
