Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2004/QD-TTg dated February 18, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Organization coordinating the development of Key Economic Zones;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Appoint Deputy Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Tran Duc Lai as Member of the Steering Committee for the Organization coordinating the development of Key Economic Zones, replacing Deputy Minister Dang Dinh Lam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities within the Key Economic Zones, and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
