Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province and the Minister, Head of the Organizational-Cadre Department of the Government,Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH THUAN PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF NINH SON DISTRICT ARE ADJUSTED TO REESTABLISH BAC AI DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
REESTABLISH BAC AI DISTRICT ON THE BASIS OF 103,090.18 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 29,835 POPULATION FROM NINH SON DISTRICT.
BAC AI DISTRICT INCLUDES 9 SUBORDINATE ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS, WHICH ARE PHUC BINH, PHUC HOA, PHUC TAN, PHUC DAI, PHUC TIEN, PHUC THANG, PHUC THANH, PHUC TRUNG AND PHUC CHINH VILLAGES.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF BAC AI DISTRICT: EAST BORDERS KHANH HOA PROVINCE; WEST BORDERS LAM DONG PROVINCE; SOUTH BORDERS NINH SON AND NINH HAI DISTRICTS; NORTH BORDERS LAM DONG AND KHANH HOA PROVINCES.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES TO REESTABLISH BAC AI DISTRICT, NINH SON DISTRICT WILL HAVE 77,058 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 54,903 POPULATION, INCLUDING 8 SUBORDINATE ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS, WHICH ARE LAM SON, QUANG SON, MY SON, HOA SON, NHON SON, LUONG SON, MA NOI VILLAGES AND TAN SON MARKET TOWN.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH THUAN PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
