LIST OF SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDSTUFFS AND RAW MATERIALS FOR FEEDSTUFFS PERMITTED FOR IMPORT INTO VIETNAM
PERMITTED FOR IMPORT INTO VIETNAM
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on feedstuff management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION:
1. LIST OF SUPPLEMENTARY RAW MATERIALS FOR FEEDSTUFFS PERMITTED FOR IMPORT INTO VIETNAM WITH QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.
2. LIST OF SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDSTUFFS AND RAW MATERIALS FOR FEEDSTUFFS PERMITTED FOR IMPORT INTO VIETNAM.
3. LIST OF FEEDSTUFFS AND RAW MATERIALS FOR FEEDSTUFFS PERMITTED FOR IMPORT INTO VIETNAM SUBJECT TO CODE ADJUSTMENT IN THE HARMONIZED SYSTEM.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside Vietnam engaged in the importation of feedstuffs and raw materials for feedstuffs into Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
