Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2006/QD-TTg dated May 26, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the list of products and goods that must undergo quality inspection;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. Using International Standard ISO 11119-2002: Gas cylinders of Composite construction - Specification and test methods (Composite material gas cylinders - Technical specifications and testing methods), comprising three parts: ISO 11119-1:2002 Part 1: Hoop Wrapped composite gas cylinders (Composite material gas cylinders with hoop wrapping), ISO 11119-2:2002 Part 2: Fully wrapped fibre reinforced composite gas cylinders with load-sharing metal liners (Fully wrapped composite material gas cylinders with fibre reinforcement and load-sharing metal liners), and ISO 11119-3:2002 Part 3: Fully wrapped fibre reinforced composite gas cylinders with load-sharing metallic or non-metallic liners (Fully wrapped composite material gas cylinders with fibre reinforcement and load-sharing metallic or non-metallic liners) as the basis for quality inspection of composite material gas cylinders.
Article 2. During the use of the international standards mentioned in Article 1, organizations and individuals have the responsibility to comply with the provisions regarding the copyright of international standards.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette;
Article 4. Organizations and individuals importing products and goods listed in the product and goods list that must undergo quality inspection and technical organizations designated to inspect the quality of products and goods are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
