BETWEEN STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE WORK OF STRUGGLING AGAINST
SMUGGLING, FAKE GOODS, AND COMMERCIAL FRAUD

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
BASED ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, AND POWERS OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATIONS AS PROVIDED FOR IN GOVERNMENT DECREE(S);
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON RESPONSIBILITIES AND COORDINATION RELATIONSHIPS IN OPERATIONS BETWEEN STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE WORK OF STRUGGLING AGAINST SMUGGLING, FAKE GOODS, AND COMMERCIAL FRAUD.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 15, 2010 AND REPLACE DECISION NO. 96/TTg DATED FEBRUARY 18, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN ISSUING REGULATIONS ON RESPONSIBILITIES AND COORDINATION RELATIONSHIPS IN OPERATIONS BETWEEN STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE WORK OF MARKET MANAGEMENT, COMBATING SMUGGLING, AND OTHER ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Article 3. MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATIONS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, CHAIRS OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
