Issuing the Supplementary List of Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government Article 24detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Supplementary List of Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam:
Article 1. The Supplementary List of Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam is issued together with this Circular (annex attached).
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of aquaculture environment treatment and improvement products shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
