Amending and supplementing certain Articles of TCircular number 07/2010/TT-BGTVT

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;

The Heads of the Road Management Bureaus shall issue permits for the operation of overloaded vehicles, oversized vehicles beyond limits, tracked vehicles, and vehicles transporting extra-long and extra-heavy goods on the national road network throughout the country, except for those vehicles specified in Clause 3, Article 21 of Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BGTVT dated February 11, 2010.
Article 2. Amend and supplement Appendix 2 and Appendix 4 promulgated together with Circular No. 07/2010/TT-BGTVT dated February 11, 2010 of the Minister of Transport on weight limit, width limit of roads; operation of overloaded vehicles, oversized vehicles beyond limits, tracked vehicles on roads; transportation of extra-long and extra-heavy goods; limit for loading goods on road transport vehicles when participating in road traffic as follows:
Amend Appendix 2 and Appendix 4 in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 respectively promulgated together with this Circular.
1. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2014.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments under the Ministry, the Director of the Public-Private Partnership Investment Project Management Board under the Ministry of Transport, the Director of the General Department of Roads of Vietnam, the Directors of Provincial and Central City Transport Departments, the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular.
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, the Director of the Public-Private Partnership Investment Management Board under the Ministry of Transport, the Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration General Department, the Directors of the Transport Departments of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of the agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
3. During implementation, organizations and individuals should promptly report any issues arising to the Ministry of Transport for consideration and resolution./.
