ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Law dated June 23, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Articlematics;Pursuant to Decree No. 213/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Environment, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;/201The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to stipulate national technical regulations on environment: QCVN 08-MT:2015/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Surface Water Quality.
Article 1.This Circular hereby promulgates the national technical regulation on environment: QCVN 08-MT:2015/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Surface Water Quality.
Article 2.This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2016
Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Environment, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
