Decree No. 65-CP on the reorganization of the National Technology Research Institute

 DECREE

DECREE NO. 65-CP OF SEPTEMBER 29, 1993 ON THE REORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
WHEREAS Decree No. 15-CP dated March 2, 1993;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, Director of the National Technology Research Institute, the Minister, Head of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board,

DECREE:

Article 1.- TRANSFERS the National Technology Research Institute established pursuant to Decree No. 135-HĐBT dated October 16, 1984, which was under the Chairmanship of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister), to be managed by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.

Article 2.- The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment shall reorganize the units currently under the National Technology Research Institute as follows:

- For units with scientific research functions, they shall be reorganized into an applied research unit operating under the general regulations of public service units. The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment shall study and submit to the Prime Minister for decision on the organization and functions of this unit.

- For state-owned enterprises established by the National Technology Research Institute prior to this Decree No. 388-HĐBT dated November 20, 1991, they shall be rearranged and subject to management by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.

Article 3.- Within one month from the date of issuance of this Decree, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment must complete the reception and reorganization of units under the National Technology Research Institute according to the provisions of Article 1 and Article 2 above.

ABOLISHES Decree No. 135-HĐBT dated October 16, 1984 and other documents concerning the organization and operational mechanisms of the National Technology Research Institute that conflict with this Decree.

Article 4.- The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, Director of the National Technology Research Institute, the Minister, Head of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board are responsible for implementing this Decree.
