DECREE
NO. 65 DATED JUNE 18, 1949
PRESIDENT
VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing the organizational rules for Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75-SL dated May 29, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
By decision of the Council of Ministers;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Can, Assistant Secretary at Level 16 of the Ministry of Finance, is appointed Deputy Director of Affairs for the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree.
