DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 65 DATED JULY 26, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 3-SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and Administrative Committee;
Pursuant to the plan of consolidating local administrative committees by the Minister of Interior on March 19, 1947;
Considering that there is currently no one in the People's Council of Ha Nam Province capable of performing provincial administrative duties;
In response to the proposal of the Administrative Committee of Northern Region dated July 15, 1947;
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Interior and after the Government Council has reached an agreement;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Now exceptionally and temporarily appoint Mr. Le Tu Lanh, a member of the National Assembly, as a member of the Administrative Committee of Ha Nam Province to replace Mr. Ly Trang An who has been appointed to the Resistance Committee.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this decree.
