REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF LEADERSHIP STAFF FOR THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT CIRCULAR

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING MISSIONS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/CP dated December 10, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Investment Development under the Ministry of Finance;

On the basis of the opinion of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province expressed in Circular No. 02CV-UB dated January 3, 1995 regarding the proposal to appoint a leader for the Tay Ninh Investment Development Bureau;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Head of the Cadres and Personnel Organization Department, and Training Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Accepting and appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Lottery Savings Company, to the position of Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Investment Development Bureau.

Article 2: Mr. Nguyen Van Phong shall be entitled to the Deputy Director position allowance with a coefficient of 0.50.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date hereof. The General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Director of the Finance and Prices Department, the Director of the Lottery Savings Company, the Director of the Tay Ninh Investment Development Bureau, the Head of the Financial Management Department, the Head of the Cadres and Personnel Organization and Training Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Nguyen Van Phong are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
