Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2003/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on Appointment, Reappointment, Rotation, Resignation, and Removal of Leading Civil Servants;
Considering the work requirements and the qualities and capabilities of cadres;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Appointing Mr. Tran Duy Tap, Deputy Director of the Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, to hold the position of Director of the Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City - Ministry of Home Affairs for a fixed term.
