THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2003/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on appointment, reappointment, rotation, resignation, and removal of leaders;
Considering the work requirements and the qualities and capabilities of cadres;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appointing Mr. Vu Dang Minh, Senior Specialist of the General Department, to the position of Deputy Director of the General Department - Ministry of Home Affairs for a fixed term. The specific tasks of Mr. Vu Dang Minh shall be assigned by the Director of the General Department.
Article 2. Mr. Vu Dang Minh shall enjoy the leadership position allowance coefficient of Deputy Director of the Ministry according to current regulations.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director of the General Department, and Mr. Vu Dang Minh are responsible for implementing this Decision.
