RESOLUTION
On the transfer of adjustment of the geological exploration plan for 2000
to the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
- Based on Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Based on Resolution No. 1066/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2000 of the Government on supplementing the budget for basic geological investigation in 2000 for the Ministry of Industry;
Based on Decision No. 06/2000/QĐ-BCN dated February 10, 2000 of the Minister of Industry on transferring the geological exploration plan for 2000 to the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration at Circular No. 861 CV/ĐCKS-KH dated September 21, 2000 regarding the request to adjust the geological exploration plan for 2000;
According to the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the adjustment of the geological exploration plan for 2000 to the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration as attached appendix.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 06/2000/QĐ-BCN dated February 10, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments under the Ministry, and the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
