DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Regarding the special registration of a type of plant protection product permitted for use in Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
- Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Pursuant to Article 26 of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on February 15, 1993;
- Pursuant to the regulations on the management of plant protection products issued together with Decree No. 92/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance;
- Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Register the special case of the insecticide Patox 95 SP, 50 SP, 4 G with the active ingredient Cartap into the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam.
Article 2. The export and import of the plant protection products issued in this decision shall be carried out in accordance with Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN dated June 5, 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the export and import of goods under specialized agricultural management pursuant to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the management of export and import of goods during the period of 2001-2005.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for providing detailed guidance on safe and effective use of the aforementioned plant protection products.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, and all units under the Ministry and organizations, individuals within the country and foreigners managing, producing, trading, and using plant protection products in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this decision./.
