DECREE

ON TRANSFERRING THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION TO THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

TO IMPLEMENT GOVERNMENT REFORMS;

At the request of the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECREE

Article 1. NOW, THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION IS TRANSFERRED TO THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Article 2. THE MINISTER OF FINANCE SHALL OVERSEE THE WORK OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION.

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE SHALL LEAD AND COORDINATE WITH THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS TO PRESENT TO THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION.

Article 3. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE, THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION, THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE SAME LEVEL AS MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT BODIES, AND THE CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECREE./.
