PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 1246/DH&SDH dated February 24, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training Doctoral candidates to the Public Health University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific fields of study for the Public Health University.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Public Health University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
