Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Code and Decree No. 110/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 27, 2002 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 06/CP;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The inspection procedures for technical safety of machines and equipment are hereby issued together with this Decision:
1. Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Hoisting Equipment (QTKĐ 001: 2008/BLĐTBXH);
2. Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Escalators (QTKĐ 002: 2008/BLĐTBXH);
3. Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Electric and Hydraulic Elevators (QTKĐ 003: 2008/BLĐTBXH);
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Repealing Decision No. 04/2006/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated June 26, 2006 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs promulgating the Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for Hoisting Equipment - Elevators.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Directors of technical safety inspection units, organizations, and individuals using machines and equipment with strict requirements for occupational safety are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
