Regarding the issuance of the "National Technical Regulation on National Reserve for Generator Sets"

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on the Ordinance on National Reserves;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
Based on the Governmental Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve General Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The "National Technical Regulation on National Reserve for Generator Sets" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect six months from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the National Reserve General Department, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management, import, export, and storage of national reserve generator sets are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
