Pursuant to the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Considering the letter No. 2114/TTr-UBND dated November 29, 2006 of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
HISTORICAL RELIC
THE RESISTANCE WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES BASED ON THE DOCUMENTATION OF PHU YEN PROVINCE
(Including: Ho Chi Minh Church, Spring Hall, Provincial Party Committee Office, Revolutionary People's Committee Office, Diplomatic House, United Front for National Salvation Office, Provincial Party Propaganda Department Office, Party School, Provincial Militia Office, 200 Ammunition Workshop, Security Office, Truc Bach Hospital, and Health School)
SON LONG COMMUNE, SON DINH COMMUNE, SON XUAN COMMUNE,
SON HOA DISTRICT, PHU YEN PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
