CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE LAW ON AQUATIC RESOURCES PROMULGATED ON NOVEMBER 26, 2006;
BASED ON DECREE 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THREE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE:
1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION: SAMPLING OF VETERINARY DRUGS FOR QUALITY CONTROL.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 03: 2009/BNNPTNT
2. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION: SAMPLING AND STORAGE OF RAW MEAT SAMPLES FROM SLAUGHTERING ESTABLISHMENTS AND MEAT SELLING OUTLETS FOR MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 04: 2009/BNNPTNT
3. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION: SANITARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKAGING FACILITIES OF LIVE BEEF AND POULTRY.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 05: 2009/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
