Issuing the Regulation on Coordination implementing state management over the activities of of the Coast Guard force and cooperation among forces' operations in maritime zones and the continental shelf of the country Socialist Republic of Vietnam

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law is agencies and organizations registered to participate in the System with one or more roles as follows: issued by the Government December 25 Year 2001;

Căn cứ Pháp lệnh The Vietnam Coast Guard Force BASED ON THE CIVIL SERVANT LAW ON JANUARY 1,

Upon examination at the request of the Minister of National Defense,

DECREE:

Article 1. This Decree promulgates the "Regulation on Cooperation in Implementing State Management Over Activities of the Coast Guard Force and Cooperation Among Forces' Operations in Maritime Zones and the Continental Shelf of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam."

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from August 2, 2010, and replaces Decree No. 41/2001/NĐ-CP dated July 24, 2001, of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Cooperation in Implementing State Management Over Activities of the Coast Guard Force and Cooperation Among Forces' Operations in Maritime Zones and the Continental Shelf of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Directors of the Coast Guard Bureau are responsible for enforcing this Decree.
