REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS OF
NAM CAN ECONOMIC ZONE, CA MAU PROVINCE

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
WHEREAS Decree No. 108/2006/ND-CP dated September 22, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Investment Law;
WHEREAS Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. The NAM CAN ECONOMIC ZONE, CA MAU PROVINCE is established with an area of 11,000 hectares, and the Regulations on Operations of the NAM CAN ECONOMIC ZONE, CA MAU PROVINCE are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
