ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Law on June 23, 2014;
Based on Decree No. 1Decree No. 27/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations 实施若干 standardstechnical regulationsn technical;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and responsibilitiesvề nhiệm vụ và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Environment and the Head of the Legal Department;Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmentunder the Legal Affairs Department;
AND national technical regulations on environment issues the Circular Sports. 1. THIS DECREE REGULATES THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND LIMITATIONS OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES. Article 1. The Director of the General Department of Environment, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2016.
Article 3. The Director of the Environment Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
