 DECREE

PROVISIONS ON INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS CONDITIONS

REGARDING PLANT PROTECTION AND QUARANTINE; SEEDS OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS;

WILD ANIMAL RAISING; LIVESTOCK RAISING; AQUACULTURE; FOOD

On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

On the basis of Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;

On the basis of Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014;

On the basis of Fisheries Law dated November 26, 2003;

On the basis of Law on Forest Protection and Development dated December 3, 2004;

On the basis of Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010;

On the basis of Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine dated November 25, 2013;

On the basis of Ordinance on Livestock Breeds dated March 24, 2004;

On the basis of Ordinance on Agricultural Crop Seeds dated March 24, 2004;

At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;

The Government issues this Decree to stipulate investment and business conditions regarding plant protection and quarantine; seeds of agricultural crops; wild animal raising; livestock raising; aquaculture; food.

PART I
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

This Decree stipulates investment and business conditions, including:

1. Conditions for producing plant protection chemicals, except biological plant protection chemicals with active ingredients being beneficial microorganisms; trading plant protection chemicals; organizations practicing plant quarantine services; organizations conducting field trials of plant protection chemicals to be registered in the List of Permitted Plant Protection Chemicals for use in Vietnam;

2. Conditions for providing seed testing services for agricultural crops;

3. Conditions for raising common wild animals;

4. Conditions for trading livestock breeds, semen, embryos, egg breeds, concentrated livestock farming for cattle, buffalo, goats, sheep, horses, rabbits, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, ostriches, quails, swiftlets; producing and processing livestock feed, aquaculture feed (including biological products, microorganisms, minerals, chemicals, except disinfectants, decontaminants, and sterilizers used in aquaculture); trading livestock feed, aquaculture feed; providing feed testing services for livestock and aquaculture;

5. Conditions for producing aquatic seed (mangrove shrimp, whiteleg shrimp, tra fish, tilapia, Bến Tre clams), aquaculture (mangrove shrimp, whiteleg shrimp, tra fish, tilapia); providing aquatic seed testing services; fishing;

6. Conditions for trading food (grains; meat and meat products; seafood and seafood products; vegetables, fruits, and vegetable, fruit products; eggs and egg products; raw milk; honey and honey products; salt; spices; sugar; tea; coffee; cocoa; pepper; cashew nuts and other agricultural food products): food production establishments (agricultural cultivation, harvesting, livestock raising, aquaculture, fishing); slaughterhouses for livestock and poultry; food processing establishments; wholesale agricultural markets; food trading establishments;

Article 2. Applicability

This Decree applies to enterprises, public service organizations, cooperatives (hereinafter referred to collectively as organizations), individuals who have registered for business; state agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the investment and business activities stipulated in Article 1 of this Decree.

Chapter II
INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR PLANT PROTECTION AND QUARANTINE

Article 3. Conditions for Producing Plant Protection Chemicals

Organizations producing plant protection chemicals must meet the conditions prescribed in Article 61 of the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine and the following detailed conditions:

1. Regarding Human Resources

a) The person directly managing and directing production (the director or deputy director in charge of production of the factory or the foreman of the production workshop) must have a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: chemistry, plant protection, forest science;

b) Workers directly producing plant protection chemicals must be trained in chemical safety or plant protection chemicals and hold a Certificate issued by the competent state management agency for chemicals or plant protection and quarantine.

2. Regarding Production Facilities and Warehouses for Storing Plant Protection Chemicals

a) Production facilities and warehouses storing plant protection chemicals must be located within industrial zones in accordance with the regulations of such zones. Production facilities and warehouses storing plant protection chemicals outside industrial zones must be at least 500 meters away from schools, hospitals, and markets when constructed;

b) Ensuring the requirements of National Standard TCVN 5507:2002 Hazardous Chemicals - Safety Regulations for Production, Trading, Use, Storage, and Transportation.

3. Regarding Equipment

a) Regarding Production Equipment

- Having equipment and production lines for manufacturing active ingredients, technical chemicals, finished products from technical chemicals, and packaging of plant protection chemicals;

- Having equipment meeting safety requirements as stipulated in National Standard TCVN 5507:2002 Hazardous Chemicals - Safety Regulations for Production, Trading, Use, Storage, and Transportation.

b) Regarding Transport and Loading Equipment Meeting current technical standards for dangerous goods; transport vehicles must display warning signs for hazardous materials.

c) Regarding Waste Treatment Systems

- Exhaust gas treatment systems must comply with National Technical Regulation QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT on industrial emissions for dust and inorganic substances and National Technical Regulation QCVN 20:2009/BTNMT on industrial emissions for certain organic substances;

- Wastewater treatment systems must comply with National Technical Regulation QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT on hazardous waste thresholds and National Technical Regulation QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT on industrial wastewater;

- Solid waste treatment systems must comply with the provisions of Government Decree No. 38/2015/NĐ-CP dated April 24, 2015 on waste management and scrap material.

4. Regarding Quality Management System

a) Plant protection chemical production facilities must have a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent;

b) Must have a laboratory for product quality testing applying ISO 17025:2005 or equivalent.

Article 4. Conditions for Trading in Plant Protection Chemicals

Organizations and individuals trading in plant protection chemicals must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 63 of the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine and the following detailed conditions:

1. Regarding Human Resources

The owner of the retail outlet selling plant protection chemicals and the person directly selling such chemicals must have at least a college degree in one of the fields of plant protection, crop production, chemistry, forestry, or possess a Certificate of Professional Training in Plant Protection Chemicals issued by the specialized state management agency under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

2. Regarding Location

The location of the store trading in plant protection chemicals must be separate from areas providing food services, schools, and hospitals; when constructing, it must be at least 20 meters away from water sources (rivers, lakes, canals, streams, wells).

3. Regarding Storage Facilities for Plant Protection Chemicals

a) For storage facilities of retail outlets selling plant protection chemicals

- When constructing, it must be at least 20 meters away from water sources (rivers, lakes, canals, streams, wells);

- The storage facility must have shelves that are at least 10 centimeters above the floor and at least 20 centimeters away from the walls.

b) Storage facilities of wholesale outlets must comply with the requirements of the National Standard TCVN 5507:2002 on Hazardous Chemicals - Safety Regulations in Production, Business, Use, Storage, and Transportation.

Article 5. Conditions for Organizations Engaged in the Handling of Objects Subject to Plant Quarantine

Organizations engaged in handling objects subject to plant quarantine must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 37 of the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine and the following detailed conditions:

1. Regarding Human Resources

a) The person directly managing and operating the organization engaged in handling objects subject to plant quarantine must have a university degree or higher in the field specified in the National Technical Regulation QCVN 01 - 19:2010/BNNPTNT on fumigation sterilization procedures or Vietnamese standards and enterprise standards on handling objects subject to plant quarantine;

b) The person directly performing the handling of objects subject to plant quarantine must hold a Practice License issued by the specialized state management agency under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

2. Conditions for Individuals Receiving a Practice License for Handling Objects Subject to Plant Quarantine

They must have been trained and tested professionally in handling objects subject to plant quarantine according to the program prescribed by the specialized state management agency under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

3. Regarding Technical Infrastructure

a) There must be a location for handling objects, workshops, warehouses, and equipment suitable for the scale, methods, and type of handling according to national technical regulations on handling objects subject to plant quarantine;

b) There must be equipment for each handling method specified in Appendix I attached to this Decree.

Article 6. Conditions for Organizations Conducting Trials of Plant Protection Chemicals

Organizations conducting trials of plant protection chemicals must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 59 of the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine and the following detailed conditions:

1. The manager, operator, or technical staff must have a university degree or higher in one of the fields of plant protection, crop production, forestry, chemistry; and possess a Certificate of Training in Plant Protection Chemical Trials issued by the specialized agency under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

2. There must be at least five regular employees with a university degree or higher in the fields specified in Clause 1 of this Article and trained in plant protection chemical trials.

3. Regarding Technical Infrastructure

a) There must be equipment as specified in Appendix II attached to this Decree;

b) For organizations conducting trials to determine the isolation period of plant protection chemicals, there must be a laboratory designated for residual analysis tests corresponding to the relevant test methods.

Chapter III
INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR THE BUSINESS OF PLANT SEEDLING TRIAL SERVICES

Article 7. Conditions for conducting plant seedling trial service business

An organization conducting plant seedling trial service business must meet the following conditions as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development:

1. Having at least two persons with a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: crop science, plant protection, forestry.

2. Possessing a location suitable for the growth and development requirements of each type of crop being tested.

Chapter IV
INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR RAISING COMMON WILDLIFE ANIMALS

Article 8. Conditions for raising common wildlife animals

Organizations and individuals raising species of animals listed in the Catalogue of Common Wildlife Animals issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development must meet the following conditions:

1. The raised wildlife animals must have a legal origin from one of the following sources: harvested from natural habitats within the country; imported; purchased or sold; transferred or gifted from other organizations or individuals; specimens after confiscation according to the provisions of the law.

2. For facilities raising common wildlife animals with more than 20 individuals of mammals; more than 50 individuals of reptiles; more than 100 individuals of amphibians, when established, must be at least 200 meters away from schools, hospitals, markets.

Chapter V
INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR LIVESTOCK BREEDING AND FEED PRODUCTION; FISH FEED PRODUCTION

Section 1

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR LIVESTOCK BREEDING AND SALES OF LIVESTOCK BREEDS, SPERM, EMBRYOS, AND EGG BREEDS

Article 9. Conditions for producing and trading livestock breeds

1. Having technical staff with a bachelor's degree or higher in animal husbandry or veterinary science for purebred breeding production and trading facilities; technical staff with a college diploma or higher in animal husbandry or veterinary science for commercial breeding production and trading facilities.

2. The production and trading site, when established, must be at least 500 meters away from areas declared as environmentally polluted by competent state authorities according to the law; residential areas, industrial waste treatment zones, hospitals, schools, markets.

3. Having solid and liquid waste treatment measures that comply with environmental hygiene regulations stipulated by environmental laws; wastewater must meet the National Technical Regulation QCVN 62 - MT:2016/BTNMT on livestock wastewater.

Article 10. Conditions for producing and trading livestock sperm, embryos, and egg breeds

1. Having technical staff with a college diploma or higher in animal husbandry or veterinary science.

2. Having equipment and means of storage and transportation that comply with current standards and technical regulations.

Section 2

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR CONCENTRATED LIVESTOCK FARMING

Article 11. Conditions for concentrated livestock farming

1. Concentrated livestock farms raising more than 100 cattle, horses, or buffalo for breeding or more than 200 for meat production; more than 400 goats or sheep for breeding or more than 600 for meat production; more than 3,000 rabbits for breeding or more than 6,000 for meat production; more than 300 sows for breeding or more than 500 including sows and fattening pigs or more than 1,000 for meat production; more than 3,000 laying hens for breeding or more than 5,000 for meat production; more than 2,500 geese or ducks for breeding or more than 4,000 for meat production; more than 100 ostriches for breeding or more than 200 for meat production; more than 10,000 quails for breeding or more than 20,000 for meat production must meet the following conditions:

a) Having technical staff with a college diploma or higher in animal husbandry or veterinary science;

b) Having solid and liquid waste treatment measures that comply with environmental hygiene regulations stipulated by environmental laws; wastewater must meet the National Technical Regulation QCVN 62 - MT:2016/BTNMT on livestock wastewater;

c) Meeting food safety conditions as stipulated in Article 19 of this Decree.

2. For attracting and raising swiftlets: sound devices for attracting must not exceed 70 decibels A.

Section 3

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR THE FEED AND AQUACULTURE INDUSTRIES

Article 12. Conditions for investment in production and processing of animal feed and aquafeed

1. To have technical staff with a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: animal husbandry, veterinary science, food technology for animal feed; aquaculture, food technology for aquafeed.

2. The facility must have walls or fences separating it from the outside.

3. The production area must be arranged with equipment according to a one-way flow rule, separating areas from raw material input, production area, to final product area.

Article 13. Conditions for trading animal feed and aquafeed

1. To have storage facilities, equipment, and tools for preserving products.

2. To have separate display areas for animal feed and aquafeed from plant protection chemicals, fertilizers, harmful chemicals; measures to prevent insects and harmful animals.

Article 14. Conditions for investment in feed testing services for animal feed and aquafeed

1. To have technical staff with a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: animal husbandry, veterinary science, biology for animal feed testing facilities; aquaculture for aquafeed testing facilities.

2. Regarding technical infrastructure

a) Aquaculture facilities for aquafeed testing must comply with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 16 of this Decree;

b) Facilities for animal feed testing must have livestock housing that complies with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of this Decree.

Chapter VI
INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR THE AQUACULTURE INDUSTRY

Section 1

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR AQUACULTURE PRODUCTION

Article 15. Conditions for investment in aquatic seed production

1. To have technical staff with a bachelor's degree or higher in aquaculture.

2. To have a separate water supply and drainage system; a place to treat waste.

Article 16. Conditions for investment in aquaculture

1. For facilities in ponds or tanks with a separate water supply and drainage system; a place to treat waste; for cage or raft facilities, there must be tools to collect and treat waste.

2. To meet food safety conditions as stipulated in Article 19 of this Decree.

Article 17. Conditions for investment in aquatic seed testing services

1. To have technical staff with a bachelor's degree or higher in aquaculture.

2. To have a separate water supply and drainage system; a place to treat waste.

Section 2

INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR AQUATIC RESOURCES EXPLOITATION

Article 18. Conditions for investment in aquatic resources exploitation

1. The captain and chief engineer must hold a fourth-class master’s certificate for fishing vessels of 400 HP or more; a fifth-class master’s certificate for fishing vessels from 90 HP to less than 400 HP; a small-class master’s certificate for fishing vessels from 20 HP to less than 90 HP.

2. To have fishing vessels certified by the vessel inspection authority as meeting technical safety requirements for vessels with a designed waterline length of 15 meters or more without engines or with engines having a total main engine power of 20 HP or more.

Chapter VII
INVESTMENT CONDITIONS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Article 19. Conditions for investment in food production facilities

1. The production facility must be separated from areas declared as environmentally polluted by competent state authorities according to the law; areas for centralized treatment of domestic, industrial waste, and hospitals.

2. To have water for washing and preliminary processing of products that meets the technical regulations set out in National Technical Regulation QCVN 02:2009/BYT on drinking water quality.

3. To have containers, packaging materials that meet the National Technical Regulations QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT on safety for plastic composite packaging and utensils in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulations QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT on hygiene and safety for rubber packaging and utensils in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulations QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT on hygiene and safety for metal packaging and utensils in direct contact with food.

Article 20. Conditions for investment and business in livestock and poultry slaughter facilities

1. Regarding Human Resources

a) The facility owner and the person directly involved in slaughtering and preliminary processing must have a certificate confirming knowledge of food safety as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

b) The facility owner and the person directly involved in slaughtering and preliminary processing must meet health requirements as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

2. Regarding the location for slaughtering

a) It must be separated from areas contaminated with environmental pollution that have been announced by competent state agencies according to the law; areas for centralized treatment of domestic, industrial waste, and hospitals;

b) It must be separated from areas where livestock and poultry are kept before slaughtering; areas for slaughtering and post-slaughtering processing; areas for hygiene, changing protective clothing;

c) There must be water for slaughtering and preliminary processing that meets technical regulations set out in National Technical Regulation QCVN 01:2009/BYT on drinking water quality; water for cleaning workshops, equipment, and tools must meet National Technical Regulation QCVN 02:2009/BYT on potable water quality;

d) There must be a drainage system for wastewater flowing from high-hygiene areas to lower-hygiene areas; solid waste collection tools must have lids and be stored in separate areas.

3. There must be equipment and tools for slaughtering, preliminary processing, and storage that comply with National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for plastic packaging and tools in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for rubber packaging and tools in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for metal packaging and tools in direct contact with food.

Article 21. Conditions for investment and business in food processing facilities

1. Regarding Human Resources

a) The facility owner and the person directly involved in producing food must have a certificate confirming knowledge of food safety as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

b) The facility owner and the person directly involved in producing food must meet health requirements as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

2. Food processing facilities must be separated from areas contaminated with environmental pollution that have been announced by competent state agencies according to the law, areas for centralized treatment of domestic, industrial waste, and hospitals.

3. Regarding the workshop for preliminary processing and production

a) Workshops, production lines, and auxiliary areas must be arranged in a one-way flow from raw materials to final products; separate channels must be provided for products, additives, packaging materials, and waste;

b) Areas for raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses; areas for preliminary processing, production, and packaging of food; hygiene areas; areas for changing protective clothing and related auxiliary areas must be separated;

c) Floors, ceilings, walls, doors must be made of non-porous materials resistant to corrosion from cleaning and disinfecting agents. Entrances and windows must be sealed to prevent the entry of animals, insects, and harmful microorganisms;

d) There must be a ventilation system ensuring air circulation from high-hygiene areas to lower-hygiene areas without blowing from hygiene areas to production areas;

đ) There must be lighting systems ensuring control over food quality and safety parameters according to technological processes; lights in processing areas must be shielded by boxes or grids to prevent glass shards from falling onto food;

e) Water for preliminary processing and production must meet technical regulations set out in National Technical Regulation QCVN 01:2009/BYT on drinking water quality; water for cleaning workshops, equipment, and tools must meet National Technical Regulation QCVN 02:2009/BYT on potable water quality. Pipes for steam production, cooling, fire prevention, and extinguishing must be separately installed and distinguished by color from the system supplying water for food production;

g) There must be compressed air equipment used in food production that has been treated to remove impurities and odors;

h) There must be separate toilets from food production areas, toilet doors must not open directly into production areas; there must be rooms for changing protective work clothing;

i) There must be a drainage system for wastewater flowing from high-hygiene areas to lower-hygiene areas.

4. Regarding equipment and tools

a) There must be hand washing, disinfection, and boot cleaning facilities; hand washing facilities must have clean water, soap, antiseptic solution, disposable towels or paper, or a dryer;

b) There must be equipment and tools for preliminary processing, production, storage, and packaging of food that comply with National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for plastic packaging and tools in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for rubber packaging and tools in direct contact with food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT on hygiene safety for metal packaging and tools in direct contact with food;

c) There must be equipment to prevent the entry of pests and harmful animals;

d) There must be equipment and tools to monitor and evaluate product quality and safety indicators corresponding to technological processes;

đ) Solid waste collection containers must have lids and be stored in separate areas; hazardous waste containers must have labels and color-coded markings to distinguish them from other waste.

Article 22. Conditions for investment and business in agricultural wholesale markets

1. Agricultural wholesale markets must be separated from areas declared as environmentally polluted by competent state agencies in accordance with the law; areas for concentrating and treating domestic, industrial waste, and hospital waste.

2. Zoning within the wholesale market

a) Sanitary facilities shall be arranged separately from areas for initial processing and selling food products;

b) The drainage system shall be arranged to flow from areas requiring higher hygiene standards to those requiring lower ones; solid waste collection containers shall have lids and be stored in separate areas;

c) There shall be water for washing and processing products that meet the technical requirements set out in National Technical Regulation QCVN 01:2009/BYT on drinking water quality; water for cleaning the market, equipment, and utensils shall comply with National Technical Regulation QCVN 02:2009/BYT on potable water quality.

3. There shall be equipment and utensils for initial processing, storing, and packaging food products that meet the requirements of National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for plastic packaging and utensils directly contacting food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for rubber packaging and utensils directly contacting food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for metal packaging and utensils directly contacting food.

Article 23. Conditions for investment and business in food retail establishments

1. Regarding Human Resources

a) The owner of the establishment and persons directly engaged in food retail shall hold certificates confirming their knowledge of food safety as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

b) The owner of the establishment and persons directly engaged in food retail shall meet health requirements as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

2. Retailing area

a) It shall be separated from areas declared as environmentally polluted by competent state agencies in accordance with the law, areas for concentrating and treating domestic, industrial waste, and hospital waste;

b) Sanitary areas shall be separated from storage areas and food retail areas; toilet doors shall not open directly into food storage areas.

3. Equipment and Utensils

a) There shall be equipment and utensils for transporting and storing products that meet temperature and humidity conditions as specified by the manufacturer;

b) There shall be equipment and utensils for initial processing, storing, packaging, and displaying products that meet the requirements of National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-1:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for plastic packaging and utensils directly contacting food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-2:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for rubber packaging and utensils directly contacting food; National Technical Regulation QCVN 12-3:2011/BYT on safety and hygiene for metal packaging and utensils directly contacting food;

c) Waste collection containers shall have lids and be stored in separate areas.

Chapter VIII
IMPLEMENTATION

Article 24. Effective Date

1. This Decree takes effect from July 1, 2016.

2. This Decree abolishes:

a) Point a, b, d, đ Clause 1; point b Clause 2 Article 11; Clause 1, Clause 2 Article 12; Article 13; Article 14; Article 15 of Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in certain aquatic industries;

b) Point h Clause 10, Clause 11, Clause 12, Clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 14/2009/NĐ-CP dated December 13, 2009 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in certain aquatic industries;

c) Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 4, Clause 5 Article 6; Article 7; Clause 3 Article 12 of Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on management of animal feed.

Article 25. Responsibilities for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decree within the scope of their functions and tasks.

ANNEX II

EQUIPMENT FOR PESTICIDE TESTING EXPERIMENTS
(Attached to Decree No. 66/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government)

1. Operational pesticide sprayer:

- Shoulder-mounted hand pump sprayer (using manual lever), minimum quantity 02 units;

- Hand-operated electric sprayer (no need to push, just press the switch), minimum quantity 02 units;

- Motorized sprayer for long-term industrial crops and perennial fruit trees, minimum quantity 02 units.

2. Analytical scale with accuracy of at least 10-2, minimum quantity 02 units.

3. Measuring cylinders of various capacities 50, 100, 200, 500 ml, minimum quantity 02 units each type.

4. Pipettes of various capacities 1, 5, 10, 20 ml, minimum quantity 02 units each type.

5. Tools for designing experiments: Long ruler, stakes, boards, ropes, handheld magnifying glass (used for pests not visible to the naked eye) sufficient to meet the scale requirements of the experiment.

6. Laboratory equipment necessary to determine the density of pests not visible to the naked eye (such as spider mites, nematodes).

7. Equipment for data processing and compiling test results reports: Computer, data processing software.

8. Labor protection equipment such as clothing, boots, gloves, masks, eye protection goggles ensuring safety when handling pesticides./.
