THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the basis of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
On the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Ninh Binh Province expressed in Circular No. 223/CV-TV dated December 8, 1994 regarding the reinforcement of leadership staff for the Provincial Tax Service;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation, the Head of the Personnel and Training Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1: Appoint Mr. Pham Duc Vuong, Head of the Inspection Division, to the position of Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Tax Service.
Article 2: Mr. Pham Duc Vuong shall be entitled to the leadership position allowance for Deputy Director with a coefficient of 0.50.
