Joint Circular No. 66 TT/LB stipulates the regime for collecting, managing and using fees for technical inspections and charges for issuing permits to use machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements.

DECISION

REGARDING THE ABROGATION OF THE LEGAL EFFECT OF DECREE NO. 223/QĐ-UB DATED November 6, 1991 ISSUED BY THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE.

AN GIANG PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE

- Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees (amended) adopted by the National Assembly on June 21, 1994;

- Pursuant to Circular No. 66/TT-LB dated August 29, 1995 issued jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regarding regulations on collection, management, and use of technical inspection fees and license application fees for machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements;

- Considering the proposals of the Director of the Department of Justice and the Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The legal effect of Decision No. 223/QĐ-UB dated November 6, 1991 issued by the Provincial People's Committee regarding the determination of inspection fee rates for pressure equipment and lifting devices is hereby terminated.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall be responsible for organizing and implementing Circular No. 66/TT-LB dated August 29, 1995 issued jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs uniformly throughout the province.

Article 4. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, heads of relevant departments and agencies, and Chairmen of District and City People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
